Venue called RETRO

The multifunctional airconditioned space is used mainly for organizing corporate events and parties. A great location at the tram and metro hub Náměstí Míru and the fact that is one of the largest clubs in Prague, makes it the perfect place for organizing corporate and social events.

The capacity of the room is up to 600 people in a buffet arrangement and 1000 in case of concerts and student parties.

VIP ZONE

OFFERS:

• SHISHA BAR - relaxation zone with water smoking pipes


• LOUNGE BOX - sitting in sofas overlooking the stage and the parquet floor


• VIP BAR - to use only for guests in the zone


• Own entrance to the smoking area and own toilets

Renovation in January 2019, when we made a VIP zone from RMH gallery, now allows us to organize private celebrations in the time of standard production. Or you can even book an entire floor for corporate parties at concert production.

Concerts

The rental offer for concerts includes:

• Stage for performers


• Both floors Music Hall (dance hall + upper gallery)


• according to agreement and number of persons extra separate Lounge


• marchandise (sale window for souvenirs, promotional items, etc.)


• backstage - two dressing rooms, lockable, each with private bathroom and toilet


• Rental of lighting and sound technology (D & B audio technician, Q Siries)


• the sounding of the band, the performer + the sound engineer


• lighting of the whole club, including stage lighting + 1 light engineer


• security - 2 persons


• debaras


• operative cleaning


• cloakroom for visitors + dressing room for service


• a functional cash register (for a fee of attendee - see below)


• possibility of projection of advertising spots, promotional materials etc. during concert on LED screen and plasma


• placing a press release and a flyer on the web

price 50.000 - 70.000 CZK without VAT depends on services and dates

Rental space is usually provided from 15:00 on the day (in agreement with the option preparation of the hall earlier, sound test is allowed from 17:00) until 02:00 on the second day. The room must be emptied and ready to be picked up by 10:00 on the second day.

Extras if needed:

• Guarding - 500 CZK without VAT per person / hour


• Import of additional technology - 1000 CZK without VAT


• Technician - 3500 CZK without VAT per person - the rental price includes one engineer for operating the equipment in the range of 8 hours – for each the additional hour will be charged an additional amount of 350, - CZK bez DPH per hour / person


• Cash Register atendee- 250 CZK without VAT / hour

The club provides refreshments in the form of open bars (alcohol, non-alcoholic drinks), and we also offer our own catering
